Our skilled support staff includes: CAD designers, certified drinking water operators, environmental scientists, backflow device testers/surveyors, soil evaluators, Title 5 system inspectors, and administrative personnel.

Christopher P. McClure, P.E.
Founder & President
Christopher has over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering field, which includes employment in the private consulting industry, state regulatory environment, and the municipal sector. Mr. McClure founded McClure Engineering in 2007 and has provided outstanding service to clients in both the private and public sectors for cities, towns, state agencies, schools, commercial, industrial, non-profit institutions, and individual landowners in three states. Christopher holds a Title 5 Inspector and Certified Operator T2 & D2 licenses.
Dennis Rice
Senior Project Engineer
Dennis C. Rice, P.E., has over 42 years of professional experience in the design, permitting and construction of various civil engineering projects. Mr. Rice has been the lead civil design manager, on project teams, with other professions for design and construction of hospital expansions, new and expanded school and university buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, transportation facilities, residential developments and recreational facilities.
